ashland park project
This 1910’s home had a master bathroom with original clawfoot tub and a single pedestal sink, but lacked storage space and modern amenities. It was given an update while keeping its history in mind. Natural marble tile in Crema Marfil and Emparador Maroon, polished nickel Kohler Artifacts plumbing fittings, and Waterworks lighting details allude to the space’s original time period and take the space to the next level. This bathroom also features heated flooring, and an inset master vanity with much more storage, as well as double-sinks.
