blairmore project

This 1966 Lexington ranch home remodel and addition left no surface untouched; ceilings were raised, all new custom cabinetry was installed throughout, wood flooring was refinished, and new tile was laid in both bathrooms. The kitchen was opened up to the family room, and now features custom cabinetry, upgraded stainless steel appliances, subway tile backsplash, honed marble countertop, and a vaulted ceiling spanning into the great room. The living room, dining room, foyer, hall bath, as well as a reconfiguration of the primary bedrooms and bathroom suite were included in this redesign. A large walk-in closet and a new large window were added to the primary bedroom, while a large shower, private toilet, double bowl sink, honed marble countertops, subway tile with marble accents, and marble flooring were added to the primary bath. This addition also included a re-designed and extended front porch, workshop, powder bath, laundry, and vaulted screened porch.
