One Hour Consultation
The One-Hour Consultation is the perfect option for the homeowner just wanting to be sure we jive for a full service design project or the DIYer in need of a bit of direction. From the comfort of your own home, through either virtual or in-person design consultations, we can talk about any detail of your design that is holding up your progress and how to move forward. All services start with a one hour consultation.
Full Service Design
Full Service design is our most personalized service. Your home should be the place you feel most at rest and most like yourself. With full service design, we aim to make your home that place by handling everything from concept to implementation. We cover everything from schematics and space planning, to installs and finishings. With this service, We'll also be there with you to keep design in mind and quality controlled as we meet with subcontractors.
New construction design, whole home remodels, kitchen and bath design, and even furniture and accessory design can all be complicated, but that’s where we come in. Let us guide you through all the technical details. This will help mitigate costly mistakes, while also ensuring that the function of your spaces match with their form. From layout to cabinet construction to choosing the perfect tile to coordinate with your countertops, I’ll be here to make sure usage and aesthetics go hand in hand.
A One-Hour Consultation may include:

Full Service Design typically includes the following, as needed:

Conceptual and schematic design development

Space planning, including kitchen and bath layout

Interior architectural change proposals to improve both form and function of spaces

Estimating and working with design budgets

Consulting with and recommending trades from architects, to engineers, to electricians, to HVAC techs, to plumbers, to electricians, to tile setters, to finish carpenters, and more!

Drafting floor plans and elevations of kitchens, baths, custom millwork, and architectural details

Sourcing and proposing interior finishes

Designer-By-Your-Side
This collaborative design only service is a great fit for those who need a little direction and want some help keeping the blinders on to finalize a project. This if for those who have FOMO and option paralysis. It's for you if you enjoy or don't mind the headache of procurement of finishes and furnishings.
Together we will collaborate to make sure you are headed in the right direction with your new home build, renovation, or decor project. We can pick out the details of a kitchen or design a tile layout for your bathroom that gets you excited!
This service is perfect for homeowners who want to be involved in the design process every step of the way. Plus, we’ll have fun collaborating while you receive a little bit of design education that you can use in your home forever If you need guidance with selections from plumbing to pillows, this minimum 20-hour time block service is for you. Just be forewarned...this service can be addicting and many have ended up investing more time here than a full service project typically takes. But no worries here...Charley enjoys collaborative design.

Designer-for-a-Day
Want a little guidance before getting started on a project? This service helps give you the confidence to make decisions, while also allowing you to ask any design questions about your space. Think of this service as a collaboration. We can spend the day together in the Lexington area* at tile, plumbing, lighting, and/or countertop showrooms making selections for a kitchen or bath; or we can spend the day visiting retail stores together to source furniture, artwork, and accessories to pull a living room or bedroom together.
We’ll design together during a set time. For day packages, we require a minimum 6-hour time block so you can have the confidence to implement the design on your own. And, if you decide you’d like further assistance, you can always add additional services.

Custom Holiday Decor
Want a beautifully appointed holiday decor but don't have the time? Let us take the reins and we will create something exceptional using your existing decor and adding a few special touches with new decor.
This service is perfect for those who just need someone to take care of it all. We will start with a consult to assess your space needs and existing decor. Once we know what rooms need decorating and what supplies are needed, we can get started to create something festive...ready to enjoy and entertain!
